REGISTRATION
Registration takes place during Catholic Schools Week in late winter.
1. Re registration for all current students occurs in January
2. Registration for siblings of current students occurs in January
3. Registration for new students in PreK through 8 begins from the last week in January
Since we work with 9 different districts and each has a time frame and deadlines for busing and book orders, registration after April 1 may incur a book bill or may result in the loss of transportation privileges.
ADMISSION
Children entering any grade must have a complete physical before being admitted to the class. All students in PreK must be 4 by December 1st. All students in Kindergarten must be 5 by December 1st. A nursery school survey is required along with the registration information. In the event that a survey questions the ability of the child to go on to first grade, or if the principal has concerns with information passed along, an in-house readiness screening with occur.
New students enrolling in grades 2-8 require an interview with both parents and student and a review of all student school records, such as report cards and standardized tests. In most cases, an entrance exam is administered. There is a non refundable $ 125. 00 fee per child. Each family is required to provide the original Birth and Baptismal(if applicable) certificates for inspection, and an additional copy for our files. Records of immunization, a recent health exam and school transfer forms are also required.
Parents will be given a transportation form to return to their home district.
